What is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy (including SomatoEmotional Release ) and Visceral Manipulation are hands-on treatment approaches which address the whole person, encouraging and enhancing the body's natural tendency towards self-correction and healing. Both are extremely gentle, yet profoundly powerful ways of mobilising connective tissue to improve the body's internal environment and function. Fiona Gilbraith is a Qualified Member of the CranioSacral Society (CSS). She has also been an instructor for the Upledger Institute UK, teaching CranioSacral Therapy. Fiona works with patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, and with a wide variety of causes of pain and dysfunction both physical and emotional in origin.
